Steven S. Stavron, 76, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013, after a brief illness. Out of respect, and in order to honor the written wishes of Mr. Stavron, a private memorial service will be held at a later date. . Mr. Stavron was born in South Bend, Ind., July 23, 1936. He was the son of Cleopatra and Serafim Stavropoulos. He graduated from Indiana University
in Bloomington, Ind. and graduated from the University of Louisville Law School in Louisville, Ky. He also served three years in the U.S Army. Mr. Stavron practiced law in Fort Worth for 42 years and recently celebrated his 50th anniversary as a member of the American Bar Association. He also served as city attorney for Aledo and Richland Hills. Survivors: His children, Angele Stavron Moyseos and husband, Chris, of Austin, Sam Stavron of Fort Worth and Constantine Stavron of Fort Worth; grandchild, Andrew Moyseos; sisters, Betty Aspasia Veras of Palm Beach, Fla., Constance Collis of Lexington, Ky., and Pauline Stavropoulos of Alexandria, La.; the love of his life, Florence Bramanti of Santa Fe, N.M.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
