B.R. "Bubba" Essary, 57, of McHenry, Miss., a retired U.S. Navy chief hospital corpsman (HMC), died Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at a Gulfport, Miss., hospital. Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in McHenry, Miss. Burial: will follow in Essary Family Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Moore Funeral Home in Wiggins, Miss. He was a member of First Baptist Church of McHenry, Miss. He was the owner/operator of Safety Consulting Solutions. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Eubank; stepfather, Eddie Pierce; and mother, Mary Ruth Essary-Pierce. Survivors: His wife of 12 years, Karen Essary of McHenry, Miss.; children, Stephanie Fletcher and husband, Wesley, of Cave City, Ark., James Essary and wife, April Cook, of McHenry, Jennifer Essary of McHenry, Jason Essary of Fairview, Tenn., Joshua Essary of Mobile, Ala., Stephen Clayton of Nashville, Tenn., Ethan Clayton of Hattiesburg, Miss., and Aaron Clayton and wife, Morgan O'Neal-Clayton, of Houston; grandchildren, Jessie Mauldin and wife, Marie, April Mauldin, Adam Mauldin, Heather Wilson, Malerie Holloway, Evan Essary, Austin Essary, Aleyia Sampson, Haylie LeMay, Sebaston Essary, Courtney Essary, Destiny Essary, Christopher Essary, Renee Essary, Erika Clayton and Brandon Clayton; great-grandchildren, Addalecca Mauldin and Izabella Mauldin; brothers, Steve Pierce and wife, Connie, of Mobile, Ala., Robby Lee Essary of Huntsville, Texas, Joseph Eubank Jr., Jackie Eubank, Johnny Eubank, Jeff Eubank, Jay Eubank and Jerry Eubank, all of Fort Worth; sister, Lisa Eubank of Fort Worth; and niece and nephew, Ashley and Will Pierce.
