Christine Cooper Obituary
Christine Louise Cooper, 44, of Haltom City passed away Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at home. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at Flower Mound United Methodist Church, Pastor Holly Gotelli officiating. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Alpine Funeral Home in Fort Worth. Memorials: May be given to the at www.donate.cancer.org. Christine was born in Jamestown, N.Y., to Carlyle and Cora Cooper on Oct. 9, 1969. She attended school at Boyd ISD and went on to work in restaurant management before dedicating herself to being a homemaker and mom. Christine loved everyone she met, and always found the best in everyone. She always had a smile on her face and a great story to share. Christine was preceded in death by her father, Carlyle Wilson Cooper; her niece, Alexis Howell; her grandparents, Carl and Mildred Patterson and Wilson and Opal Cooper. The family of Christine Cooper wishes to extend sincere thanks to Community Hospice, the John Peter Smith Oncology Team, Alpine Funeral Home and Holly Gotelli and Flower Mound United Methodist Church. Survivors: Christine is survived by her children, Cassie Wayland and son-in-law, Sam Fouse, Scott Wayland, Hunter Wayland, Lisa Preston and Riley Alfred; her siblings, Joseph Cooper, Cindy Sewell and her husband, Doni Sewell, Cheryl Crane, Candie Howell and Wilson Cooper; her grandchildren, Taylor and Piper Fouse, and Aliyah Wayland; nieces and nephews, Brooke and Abigail Sewell, John and Cody Crane, Dylan Koenig, Amber Howell, Dallas Dow and Haleigh Cooper.
