To the Laird family: I was saddened to read the sad news. I remember Grant, his brother Paul, and his sister Shirley. I attended DePaul Institute for 3 years in junior high and his brother Paul was my classmate. They are a nice family. It sounds like Grant had good life. It still looks like him on the photo. May he rest in peace and God bless the Laird family. Arlene Miller of Pittsburgh, Pa.

Although I did not know your father, it came as a blow when my daughter told me that he had passed. She often spoke of him after his visits to DAC and about the good work he did in the community. Please know that you and your family are in our hearts and prayers. We pray that you find comfort in his memory and all that he did, touching the lives of others. May God bless and embrace you forever and ever - Darline Michol
