Jerry M. Moore passed away peacefully on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012, at his home. Service: 3 p.m. Wednesday, Laurel Land Fort Worth. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. . Jerry was born April 12, 1941, in Cordell, Okla. He was a loving family man. He loved spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren and playing golf at their lake home in Weatherford. Jerry worked with the Texas Department of Transportation for nearly 35 years. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors: Wife, Sharon; son, Jerry (Liz); daughters, Mandi and Dara Newton (Richard); grandchildren, Alexis Valdez, Nicholas Valdez, Alyssa Valdez, Taylor Wallace, Tracin Wallace, Tylan Wallace, Tevin Clayton, Nicholas Newton, Carter Newton and Macie Newton; great-grandchild, Joziah Valdez; and sister, Peggy Moore.
