I just read this news and am saddened and shocked. I worked closely with Bob in the early '80s and will always remember his smile, sense of humor and cynicism. Very sad and my condolences to his family.

Dear Laurie, Alex and Dan,
Though I haven't seen Bob in a long time, I will really miss him. He was a talented student of literature, a sharp analytical thinker, a fine trumpeter who shared his love of music with friends, a kind and funny man, and an inspiring source of happiness that he shared with everyone. He was a true friend to me at Lehigh throughout our years there, and afterward. None of us will ever forget him but will keep the joy of his presence near.

Mrs. Good,Laurie, Dan, Alex,Carol,Polly,Tim
I surely did not get enough time with Mr.Good. The first time I met him I pulled up in my truck just finishing a job. I pulled up to Lou and Carols in Jacksonville,MD. He happened to be standing outside by himself. I said you must be Mr. Good. He said How did you know that? I said I just know. We gave a big smile to each other at thanksgiving outside. Far as the sudden loss of his son Bob.Every Thanksgiving at Lou and Carols which Polly and I attend, I always would ask is Bob coming? where's Bob? I heard nothing but wonderful things about him. I did speak on the phone with him. He was what I expected. Now he is with his Dad. They are now both God's soldiers.Bob is another addition to my nightly prayer list with Mr.Good.
See you soon Mrs.Good

Love, Conor

I was very sorry to hear the about Bob's passing. Bob and I officed next to each other in the mid 90's at JJMI. We were peers on the same staff as IS Directors. Bob was the ultimate professional and very good at his job, but much more than that he was a great friend to all he worked with. He will be missed by all that knew him.

To Bob's family, friends & co-workers - my deepest condolences to you all. I only had the pleasure of knowing Bob for the past year through his work with Feeding America via Aidmatrix. Bob always took time out when we chatted to get to know me a bit outside of normal work conversation. I learned of his passion to help others through his words and actions. He will truly be missed and my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

I had the distinct honor and privilege of providing Bob's "spit rag" (his original name for it) each Sunday in the Whites Chapel Orchestra. I say it that way because Bob would remind me each Sunday that that was my lot in life, as his "spit-rag czar". He was singularly the nicest human being I have ever met. He was always there with a smile, a question about how my family was doing and a humorous thought about life. Like many, I was stunned to lose my friend so suddenly. What I will miss the most is that beautiful smile and that friendly spirit that he always had. Now the Angels will enjoy him.
