Ronald "Butch" John Blazek Jr. passed away Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, in Richland Hills. Funeral Mass: 7 p.m. Friday with reception to follow at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in North Richland Hills. Ronald was born March 23, 1962, in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Survivors: Wife, Melissa Blazek; father, Ron Blazek and wife, Lydia; mother, Ellen Blazek; sons, Braeden and Quinn Blazek; brother, Jeffrey Blazek; sisters, Janet Rosebeary and Stephanie Dunlap; and many other family and friends.
