Tommy Lee Black Sr., 78, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013. Graveside service: 3 p.m. Saturday in Proctor Cemetery. He was born Sept. 10, 1934. Survivors: Wife, Daisy Black; sons, Tommy Lee Black Jr. and Randy Scott Black; and daughters, Sylena Taylor, Molly Hocutt and Patty Joslin.
