Mary L. Hanlin Obituary
Mary L. Hanlin, 89, of Bedford and originally of Springfield, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013, at a Bedford hospital. Graveside service: will be held for the family only in Ferncliff Cemetery in Springfield, Ohio, on Monday, Sept. 9. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Funeral Home in Springfield, Ohio. Burial: will be in Ferncliff Cemetery beside her husband. Celebration of life: will be held at her daughter's home later in the month. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the , 1701 North Beauregard St., Alexandria, Va. 22311. She was born in Green Sulphur Springs, W.Va., on July 13, 1924, the daughter of the late Carl and Cleo Ford. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas O. Hanlin, a former Springfield, Ohio, policeman; and sister, Annabelle DeCamp. Survivors: Her daughter, Cheri Butler, and son-in-law, Ken Butler, of Bedford; granddaughter, Jennifer; great-granddaughter, Kyndal; son, Michael O. Hanlin, and daughter-in-law, Kim Hanlin, of Fort Myers, Fla.; grandsons, Jason and D.J.; stepson, William K. Hanlin; stepgrandchildren, Billy and Tracey; and great-grandchildren, Blake, Catherine, Wiatt, Dalton, Jimmy and Cameron.
