Frank Lessing Obituary

Our loving father and friend, Frank Lessing, went to go be with his Savior on Monday, Dec. 9, 2013. He was a courageous and brave man who lost his battle of 12 years to ALS disease. He will forever be remembered for his contagious smile and kind eyes. Frank was a lover of family, friends, and cars. He also loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren. They will remember his big heart and the love he showered them with. We will miss you each day until we see you again. Service: 2 p.m. Saturday at Arlington Baptist Temple, 3434 S. Collins St., Arlington, 76014. Survivors: He is survived by his son, Keith and wife, Carole Lessing, of Colbert, Okla.; daughter, Robin and husband, James Miller, also known as his son, of Arlington; daughter, Sandee and husband, Wayne McIntyre, of Denton; and daughter, Denise and husband, Allen Norris, of Mansfield. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, Vince, Josh, Hollie and husband, Eddie, K2, James Jr., Cherie, Tyler, Justin, Jennifer, Anthony, AJ, Shelby, Casey, Matthew, Nikolas and wife, Rikki; and four great-grandchildren Kenley, Derin, Carter, and Tahj. Frank will be joining the love of his life, Donna Lollar Lessing, in heaven.
