Born in Newton, Iowa, on Feb. 24, 1927, Dick was the son of Tom and Pauline Davis and older brother of Tom Davis. He spent most of his younger years with his family in Newton where he attended Washington Grade School and Newton Junior High School. After the family moved to Fort Worth in 1942, he graduated R.L. It was love at first sight. They were married 47 years until her death in 1995. Dick married Leta Sikes in 1996, and resided in Fort Worth. They enjoyed their days together to the very end. Dad always felt blessed every day that he was given two wonderful women to spend his life with. He will be missed by all, but never will we forget him.
