Effie Mae Esch 97, went to her heavenly home Wednesday, June 22, 2016, in Grapevine. Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Home, 523 South Main St., Grapevine, with her brother-in-law, Rev. Houston McDaniel, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Effie will be laid to rest next to her parents in Grapevine Cemetery. Effie Mae was born to Henry F. and Florence Currie Esch on Sept. 29, 1918, in Carrolton. She was a longtime resident of Grapevine. Effie was preceded in death by brothers, Fred Esch and Ramon Esch, and a sister, Dorothy Robison. Survivors: Effie is survived by brothers, Walter Esch of Alpine and Richard Esch of Wichita Falls; sisters, Fannie Grizzle of Redlands, Calif., Allison McDaniel and her husband, Houston McDaniel, of Grand Prairie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
