Donna Rae Devore Pettit

Pettit Donna Rae Devore Pettit, 83, of Bulverde, TX and formerly of Columbus, OH, died Tuesday May 2, 2017, at Cibolo Creek Nursing Center, Boerne, TX. Born December 10, 1933, in Roseville, OH, she was the daughter of the late Earl Lewis Devore and Violet Mae Anderson Devore Eveland. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Donna enjoyed her family, sewing, and traveling. She attended Bulverde United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, J. Herbert Pettit; children, Tom Pettit (Deb) of West Jefferson, OH, Terry Pettit (Sheila) of Gaffney, SC, and Sandy Pettit of Bulverde, TX; grandchildren, Craig Pettit (Roni) of Hilliard, OH, Brady Pettit (Angela) of Citrus Heights, CA, Andrea Pettit Jenkins of Gaffney, SC, Heather Miller (Mike) of Galloway, OH, and Erin Kyanko (Jeremy) of Rittman, OH; great-grandchildren, Blake and Macy Pettit, Alexandria Pettit, Cody and Makenzie Jenkins, Carson and Landon Miller, Claire and Cooper Kyanko. She was predeceased by a daughter Pamela Pettit. No services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
