Glieco Betty Jane "Bunny" Wilhelm Glieco, age 93, of Columbus, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2013. She was born September 1, 1920 in Columbus. She was a 1938 graduate of West High School and a member of St. Mary Magdalene Church. She was preceded in death by beloved husband Louis Paul Glieco, mother Tacy Kessler, father Fred Wilhelm, Sr., brother Fred Wilhelm and sister Grace Thompson. She retired as office manager of the Boy Scouts of America and was a former employee of the United Way. She was a Charter member of the Betty Zenker Cancer Ray, member of Agonia Women's Club, Women of the Moose
; and Edelweiss Damenchor. Bunny was an avid reader, gardener, and a fan of OSU football and Cincinnati Reds baseball. She was a caregiver to family and friends. She also loved her computer. She is survived by her son, David (Jodi) Glieco; daughter, Toni Sizemore; grandchildren, David, Nicholas, and Joseph Glieco, Michelle (Stevie) Llaneza, and Angela (Dustin) Bowers; step-grandchildren, Lauren (Dave) Arnold, Desiree (Doug) Bowden, and Michael (Rechel) Buck; step-great grandson, Mason Buck; nephew, Fred (Judi) Wilhelm; and nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends. Friends may call on Sunday, October 27, 2013 from 2-5 p.m. at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 28, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 473 South Roys Avenue, Columbus, Ohio. Fr. Stanley Benecki, celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Lockbourne, Ohio.
