Denise Elaine Dawkins-Nesbitt lost her battle to cancer. Sunrise December 11, 1965 Sunset August 29, 2017. Preceded in death by grandmother, Cleoma Willis and Amelia Saunders. Survived by husband, Alonzo Nesbitt; mother, Joyce Dawkins; father, Roscoe (Mary Jane) Dawkins; children, Lisa Holt, Dominque Davis, Shaniqua and Nathen Dawkins; sister, Yvette Dawkins; brothers, Darnell and Darren (Tiffany) Dawkins; 4 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and a very special friend, Bridgette (Albert) Anderson. Funeral service Tuesday 1pm Chapel of CALIMAN FUNERAL SERVICES, 3700 Refugee Rd where the family will receive friends 12 noon until the time of service. Interment Evergreen Burial Park. I am so so deeply saddened, and I'm at a loss for words. The only comfort I feel is being able to know you, and your family. Thank you! You will be missed and you are always loved I'll say goodbye for now until we meet again.
