Henry Carl Becker IV

Becker Henry Carl Becker IV age 75, of Pickerington, OH died on November 15, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was born on September 12, 1938 to the late Henry and Emma Becker II in Pittsburgh, PA. Henry proudly served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy for 19 years, including the Vietnam War. Henry had a passion for art, reading, music and most importantly, spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Craig Becker, sister Sally Plowman, aunt Freda Becker, and step-mother Ida Becker. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Marolyn Becker; four children, Henry Scott (Carol) Becker, Mark Kolcun (Julie) Becker, Elizabeth Ann Becker and Corey Lee Becker; two grandchildren, Ashley Alexandra Becker and Matthew Scott Becker; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends and family may visit the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Rd. N., Pickerington, OH 43147 on Monday, November 18, from 2- 8 p.m. A funeral service officiated by Chaplain Dennis Barnhart will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
