Hall JoAnn Hall, age 82, of Upper Arlington, peacefully passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013. She was born to the late Lee and Zelma Spitler on November 12, 1930, in Dayton, OH. JoAnn was an incredible woman of her time. She was a graduate of St. Joseph Academy and Mt. Carmel School of Nursing. Following her nursing career, JoAnn entered real estate in the late 60s, retiring as manager of HER Realtors Arlington office. She also volunteered at Kobacker House for over 20 years. JoAnn enjoyed spending time with family and friends, entertaining, reading, and gardening. Her family will cherish many vacations and holidays which JoAnn made special. She also enjoyed many travels with best friends. She was a longtime member of St. Mary's and St. Andrew Catholic Churches. In addition to her parents, JoAnn was preceded in death by her brother James Spitler. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Phil (G. Philip Hall); children, James (Patricia) Hall, Michael (Beth) Hall, Susan (Lorn) Mullenix, Melissa (Joe) Storer, Matthew (Annemarie) Hall; sister, Nancy Roberts; nine grandchildren; extended family and friends. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1899 McCoy Road, Columbus, OH 43220. Father Michael Watson, Celebrant.
