Coming up on April 24; after 15 years, it still stirs up a lot. You came to me in a dream recently, and were worried that we´ve become "disconnected" as of late. I woke up shouting, "Don´t worry, I will find you, I will find you!" And, of course, I shall, if it´s possible. I love you and still miss you, Brother.

Uncle Jamie brightened all the family gatherings and events with his presence. I'll always remember the one discussion we had at Aunt Beth's dinner table about Darth Maul. He was the only adult in the house that had even a slight grasp of Star Wars, and I thought that was so cool. I wish you could be here to meet all the new additions to the family, and even help me with my German. You are dearly missed.

happy birthday jamie... it breaks my heart not to be able to call you. i had to smile when i heard 'kiss from a rose' by seal as i remember you loved that song. every song you either hated, loved, or didn't know. i remember your calling me your 'tiny dancer' from elton john's song. i'll always be your tiny dancer, sweetheart. i love you beyond always.

I was shocked to hear of Jamie's passing. I worked with him at the 94th and later on in Germany. He was one hell of a great guy, and will be missed.

We all have had a memorable Christmas and New Years wknd..You would of Laughed and Loved it :) The little ones are growing up and they put such a smile on my face! but, you already know that ;) We had snow on Christmas Day and you would of been right in the middle of the snowball fight! Jamie, there is literally not a single second that goes by in which i don't think of you. I wish I could tell you so many things- i wish i could call you like i did before to tell you stupid little unimportant things that would so amuse you.

I'd just heard from another fellow 94IS friend that Jamie has sadly gone from us. He was a wonderful man, loved our country and serving for her, and was absolutely in love with his daughter. May his soul find peace, and may the warmth of his love always live in Annika's heart.

Jamie, we all have experienced a great loss. I am graetful that we shared similar military experiences. You are a warrior that requires us to keep your memory alive! Thank you for your sacrifice in military service! Not only do we have a family tie, but are brothers-in-arms and the family is weaker without you! I love you, Jamie. I never stopped loving you. I know that you were in pain, but that doesn't stop me from wanting you here- if only there had been a way to help you heal... if only i could have helped you. I wanted you to be in peace. I just hoped you'd find it in this life. I wish you could have waited to see Anikka grow up... I wish I still had you in my life. I never wanted my life to be absent of you. I'm dying a little every day with the lack of you here. I want to believe that you are here with me but I can't call you, I can't hear your beautiful voice- I can't reach out to you, I can't hold you even as you'd have said that you didn't want to be held... I know that you did. You were someone I needed in my life and I still do. I miss you so much... I wish I could tell you. Nothing will ever bring you back and I will never recover. Sometimes I feel angry, often sad... but I will always love you. As I told you- now and beyond forever, I love you. You and I will meet again in the next life... and we will enjoy each other in it.
