I always considered Uncle George more like an uncle than a great uncle. He was always wearing a smile and he always had a warm hug to greet you with. Whenever my sister and I came to visit he always made sure that we saw him and had fun together. He will truly be missed by everyone who knew him. He was a one of a kind special man. I will be praying for you all daily and thinking of you often. These times are tough but with great family and friends you will get through this hard time in your lives. He touched many lives, and that we should all be thankful for.

Papaw,
You were the best grandfather anyone could ask for. You were there with me through the thick and thin. I would do anything to talk to you again. I will miss and love you forever. Thanks for everything. See you soon!

George was the best brother-in-law that a person could ask for. He was always good and kind to me. I will always have a special place in my heart for him. May you rest in peace George as you deserve a good rest after all the miles you traveled in this life. Your sister-in-law, Beverly Sue West Rapp

Father for three, mentor to many... missed by all. Life will never be the same from here forward, but the memories will live on forever... they're all we have. Thanks for the ride Dad, I wouldn't change a thing. XOXO
