Tiara was one of my favorite letter carrier friends and one that I always enjoyed knowing. Her work ethic was very admirable and someone that I loved talking to. Along with our mutual friend, Semaji Ulis, we were planning to hang out together but unfortunately we never did. I tried to get her into my work zone in 43223 but she told me that she liked her route too much. I was really stunned and in denial for a couple of weeks after hearing the news. When I would see a carrier in the distant, I still was hoping it was TIARA. I'm really saddened.

Ms. Brown is what I called her. She was always pleasant and quiet at work, even when I knew she didn't want to work the assignments I gave her. I just spoke to you Ms. Brown and you smiled at me so big and gave me a hug. We haven't seen each other in months. I pray for (you) family and I ask my Lord to direct your path. Tiara was a very pleasant woman to be around. And although we've never communicated outside of work, when we spoke it's as if we did. Rest in Peace Ms. Brown.

Our only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist the grieving family. Madame Tiara. Growing up I heard a lot about you from my Twin Sister. You were her best friend. I remember when you came down to the How to celebrate family with us, my sister wedding, you were there and everytime I seen you, it was all love.
