Lee Bussey Obituary

Bussey Lee Holbrook Bussey, 30, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016. He was born April 10, 1986 in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended Grove City High School and was very active in several varsity sports. He was passionate about cars and motorcycles and enjoyed cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes. Lee was a generous and kind person who was always smiling. He was attending school for HVAC at American School of Technology. Lee was a loved individual and will be deeply missed. Preceding him in death was his father Chris Bussey. Lee is survived by his daughter, Aliyah Bussey; mother, Anne and Lee's stepfather, Tim Doherty; siblings, Nicole (Terry) Griffin, Rose Bussey, Tim (Deb) Doherty, Jerry Doherty, Andrea (Tom) Doubrava, and Jeff (Angie) Doherty; paternal grandparents, Carl and Betty Bussey; maternal grandmother, Helen Rusnak; girlfriend, Stevie Montgomery; beloved dog, Mercedes; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Grove City, 3301 Orders Rd., Grove City, Ohio 43123 where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery. Contributions in Lee's memory may be made to Refuge Ministries, P.O. Box 163173, Columbus, Ohio 43216. Arrangements by the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL. Lee was always so kind to me and my brother Bryan. He always new how to make us laugh and smile for sure. He will be missed!
