She was born April 7, 1983, to David and Connie Cunningham of Waterford, OH. She is survived by her two daughters, Addison, 5 and Cora, 3; and a step-daughter, Karleigh, 10. She is also survived by her parents; her brother, Benjamin (Alana) of Waterford and their sons, Daniel and Jackson; sister, Rebekah Cunningham Barker (Aaron), Hendersonville, NC and their daughter, Evy Lynn and their son, Isaiah; and sister, Hannah of Columbus, OH. She is survived by her paternal grandmother, Connie B. Cunningham (Max) Rouanzoin. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Harry and Ruby Welch and Keith Cunningham. Her large extended Welch and Cunningham family of aunts, uncles, and cousins, also survive her. Growing up on a farm in Waterford, OH, Rachel learned to work hard and enjoy the beauty of God's creation. She graduated as valedictorian from both Waterford High School in 2001 and Milligan College in 2005. She graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2009. Her law career began at Bricker and Eckler law firm in Columbus, then she worked as an in house lawyer for Columbia Gas, and finally joined BMW Group USA as Corporate Counsel in 2012 and was currently employed there as Customer Interaction Center Manager. Rachel was a pianist, book lover, yoga and cross-fit enthusiast, chef extraordinaire, but her primary passion was being a mother. Her world centered on spending time playing with and enjoying her family, both immediate and extended. She became a Christian at an early age and was presently attending Westerville Christian Church, Westerville, OH. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Fifth Street Church of Christ in Beverly, OH, with Evangelist Zack Waite and Rich Lemal officiating. Burial will be in the Waterford Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. on Thursday and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the Fifth Street Church of Christ. Warm thoughts and prayers being sent to the family. Rachel lived across the street from us. She was always very nice ... no matter how crazy our days were we always had a quick second to wave as we passed by. She always had a smile and clearly adored those little girls. She will be missed.
