Castro Anthony F. "Tony" Castro, 70, of Granville, will have a Mass of Christian Burial held , at 10 a.m. Friday, June 20, 2014 at The Church of St. Edward the Confessor, 785 Newark Granville Rd., Granville with Msgr. Paul P. Enke as celebrant. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Columbus. Tony passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. He was born in 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Anthony and Lena (Define) Castro. An Air Force veteran, Tony served during the Viet Nam era and was stationed in Dayton, Hawaii, Kansas, and where his specialty was security. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Franklin University where he would later return to teach. He had a 30 year career managing data processing education with Nationwide Insurance. His strong work ethic always kept him busy, after retirement, whether it be in the banking industry or with his own company, Computer Advisors, which he founded in 1996. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 19, at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Granville, where a Vigil Service will be held at 6 p.m. Online condolences may be expressed at www.mcpeekhoekstra.com where a complete obituary is available.
