Eversman family, our sincerest heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to your family as you mourn the loss of a major part of your family. Me and my family currently rent one of Budd's rentals and we are feeling your loss, Budd was a very caring, compassionate, and understanding man. I enjoyed very much going to the office paying the rent and talking with him, he always had a smile on his face. He is truly going to be missed by my family. I have to say it was truly an honor knowing Budd.

Eversman family, Budd was an amazing and caring man. Brandy and I both were given the opportunity to work for Budd in our first jobs while in high school. Budd's strong confident presence was a little intimidating to an insecure teenager and for those of you who worked at Skate America with us I'm sure you can relate to the feeling we felt when you heard a manager say "Budd just called and he's on the way" and everyone would start to scramble around making sure to look your busiest so that you would impress him. As we continued to work there and grew closer to Budd we (as everyone else) realized he was nothing to be intimidated by and was actually one of the most generous and kind people you would ever meet. He took care of Brandy and I as we bought our first home making sure to comfort our fears and anxiety with that strong confidence that we were once intimidated by. We knew him to be a smart hardworking business man but also a man that genuinely had others best interest at heart.
