Bell D. Diane (Donahue) Bell Obituary
Bell D. Diane (Donahue) Bell, 74, of Upper Arlington, OH, entered into rest Sunday, February 24, 2013. She was born January 13, 1939 in Venango County, PA and was a graduate of Pleasantville H.S. Diane retired from the Franklin County Board of Health as an Immunization Nurse. She was a member of the Upper Arlington Lutheran Church where she participated in the Daisey Circle, UALC quilt group, the cross stitch group, volunteered with Vaction Bible School and was a member of Friends of the Creche group. Diane volunteered extensively with the Upper Arlington School System as a nurse, was in the Riverside Methodist Hospital Guild, participated in the Festival of Trees and was active in the Camp Fire Boys & Girls and the Boy Scouts. Diane was avid in quilting and beading. She loved spending time at Lakeside at Marble Head and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Charles Bell, grandson Conor Garrett-Bell, and parents Thomas and Dorothy Donahue. Diane will be missed by her children, Thomas (Terry) Bell, Theresa (Suzanne) Garrett-Bell, and Tina (Daman) Vance; grandchildren, Ian and Andrea Bell, Aidyn Garrett-Bell, and Rhiannon and Rowan Vance; brother, Thomas (Beverly) Donahue; brother-in-law, Hays (Karen) Bell; and many dear friends. A gathering of friends will be announced at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, (614) 457-5481.
