Justice, Butler
Butler Justice, 85, of Cambridge, formerly of Senecaville, passed away Monday, November 13, 2017 at Country View of Sunbury. He was born July 3, 1932 in Pike County, KY and was the son of the late Jim and Zebbie (Taylor) Justice. Mr. Justice retired from the Sheet Metal Workers Union after several years of service, having worked at Owens Corning. He was an active member of Senecaville United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, and was a Military Policeman while serving. Butler believed in the 5 F's, Family, Friends, Football (Browns and Alabama), Fishing and Food, especially pie…Oreo cookie pie! In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters Rose Justice and Clellene Ratliff. He is survived by one brother, Jimmy R. Justice of Pikeville, KY; three sisters, Linda (Gary) Allers of Senecaville, Ruth (Jerry) Buck of Westerville and Mary (Rick) Guitner of Centerburg; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Senecaville. Services will be 12 p.m. Thursday at Senecaville United Methodist Church with Pastor Karen Rawlins officiating. Burial will be in Senecaville Cemetery with military services conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.black-eppersonfuneralhomes.com
