Butler Clyde Anderson Butler, Jr., 45, departed this life on July 13, 2014 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was a 1987 graduate of Brookhaven High School, a member of New Tabernacle Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith, and a devoted OSU fan. Preceded in death by his grandparents William and Mary Butler, Wallace Dean, Sr., and Rosemary Dean, father Rev. Clyde Anderson Butler, Sr., step-mother Phyllis Ann Butler, siblings Shawn D. Riley and Phyllis Smith, uncle, Ernie Dean, aunt, Sandra Dean. Clyde leaves to cherish his memory, his loving and devoted wife, Kim Adams-Butler of Milwaukee, WI; grandmother, Zenobia Williams; mother, Barbara (Dana) Mendes; step-mother, Betty Butler; sons, Chaz A. Butler and Tre Cox; daughters, Shontise and Claudia Butler; step-daughter, Tyra Cox; special niece, Angelique Lyons; grandchildren, Christian and Serenity Butler; uncles, William "Pete" (Nora) Butler, Earl (Tomisena) Butler, and Wallace (Carla) Dean, Jr.; aunts, Betty Riley and Loretta Dean; siblings, Larry Riley, Jr., Gary L. (Ranee) Riley, Sr., DeShannon C. (Teneshia) Butler, Sr., Charles Crawford, Jr., Billy Crawford, Mary (Fred) Butler, Esterlin (Wayne) Scott, Angela (Donald) Martin, Daniell Mendes, and Nicole Holiday; special friends, Andre Blakey and Bruce Pina; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. Funeral 12noon on Monday, July 28, 2014 at New Tabernacle Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith, 1550 Wentworth Rd., where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
