Connor Robert Reynolds, 23, of Grove City, was tragically taken from his family on June 27, 2018. Connor was born on Dec. 23, 1994 in Columbus to Michael Alan and Robin L. (Rutherford) Reynolds of Grove City. He was a 2013 graduate of Grove City H.S. and had worked construction. His good will and the light he brought to the family will be sorely missed. He was preceded in death by an infant sister Caitlyn Louise, grt. grandmother Ethel Nothstine, grandparents James and Mary Louise Reynolds, uncle James Reynolds. Survivors include his parents, Michael and Robin; sister, Courtney (Thomas) Clark; brothers, Tyler Reynolds (Katie Morgan) and Colton Reynolds; Connor's girlfriend, Madelyne Wang; grandparents, Richard and Ruby Rutherford; aunts and uncles, Rich (Marsha) Rutherford, Stephanie (Tim) McMichael, Christopher Reynolds, and Edith (Kurt) Stahler; nieces and nephew, Ashlynn, Lilly, and Bo Clark; special cousins, Olivia and Ryan Rutherford; as well as many more cousins and friends. Connor was known for his loving and adventurous spirit; he never met a stranger. His big heart extended to anyone in need and his antics made for many laughs amongst the family. Connor's last act of generosity was donating his beautiful blue eyes to someone in need. Family will receive friends on Sunday from 5-8 p.m. at Spence-Miller Funeral Home, 2697 Columbus St., Grove City with a Funeral Service on Monday, July 2 at 11 a.m., with Pastor Mike D'Attoma officiating. Interment will take place in Concord Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to CHA Animal Shelter in Connor's memory. Online condolence to spencemillerfuneralhome.com

Dear Mike, I am sure losing Conner hurts as much today as it did 5 yrs ago. I am so sorry for your loss. I do not know if you know we lost Jody in Oct. We, the families of The Compassionate Friends, send you our heartfelt condolences. The Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. Our only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist the grieving family. We meet monthly in Columbus from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday of each month at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229. If and when you are ready to do so, please join us.
