Dave was such an inspiration for me when we attended Calvary Chapel. Every time I open my bible to a particular book and verse I have Pastor Dave's notes which speak to me again. He is such a man of God and well trained by our savior Jesus Christ.

We are very blessed to have known Pastor Dave. I loved to hear him teach. He pulled no punches and taught the Bible, as it should be and He was never worried about stepping on toes. A very good, Godly man, a Proud Marine, and a devoted, family man. The world need needs more men like Pastor Dave Brown. God be with you, Carla and family. We love you.

Pastor Dave was and is on the frontlines in God's Victorious Army, as His soldier, ready willing and able, as the Lord Strengthened Dave. He pulled people in by his transparency, wit, humor, and mostly by his love for our God and His Word. We are challenged to continue and fight the good fight, in this life, until Christ comes or He takes us home.

Pastor Dave will always have a lasting effect on my life. He wasn't a phony and didn't put on airs. To me he was the perfect example of Christian. I could tell without ever having seen him interact with his kids that he loved his kids (and Wife)because he had that sparkle in his eyes that tells you he wasn't just mouthing the words. He was a happy man who took Jesus with him where ever he went. He will be missed and I am glad his family shared him with us. God bless you all. Marilyn B
