ZANG Jacob Aaron Zang, age 24, of Pickerington, died tragically January 1, 2013. Jacob was a member of Seton Parish Catholic Church, a 2007 graduate of Bishop Hartley High School and was employed as manager for Blacklick Wine and Spirits. Jacob served as a coach in the Hartley Youth Wrestling Association and enjoyed attending sporting events and was an avid outdoor sportsman. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Judy Jacob. Jacob is survived by his parents, John and Shelly Zang; brothers and sisters, Jonathon, Jordan, Jarrod, Jack, Judy, Josie, Jamie, Jay and Joe Zang; great-grandfather, Ralph Roof; grandparents, Joseph (Karen) Zang and Raymond (Carol Mathias) Jacob; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may visit Friday, January 4, 4-8 p.m. (Vigil service at 7:45 p.m.) at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Road North (St. Rt. 256), Pickerington, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 5, at Seton Parish Catholic Church, 600 Hill Road North (next to funeral home), Pickerington, Father James Klima Celebrant. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Pataskala, OH. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may donate to the Bishop Hartley Wrestling Program in Jacob's memory.
