Campbell James D. Campbell, died December 20, 2016 in Minneapolis, MN. He was born on November 20, 1939 in London, Ohio. He was the first child of Ray and Dorothy Campbell O(nee Stone). He grew up on a farm near London with his brother, Gerry, sister, Jane and brother, John. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Jane Jansen. Friends of Jim's family are invited to an informal Celebration of Life Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Lake Choctaw Lodge, 2875 Oneida Dr., London, Ohio 43140. Jim was a quiet gentle man who shared conversation with anyone. He was a loyal and supportive friend especially to Robin Wetzel whom he met at Ohio State orientation. He was an amateur radio enthusiast, a photographer, a builder of radio controlled airplanes, and an accomplished maker of Christmas candy. Jim was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Lake Nokomis Ward. Jim graduated from Madison South High School. He operated a TV and Appliance business. He earned B.S. Degrees in Psychology and Education at the Ohio State University. Jim worked for Ohio State's, School of Journalism and Communications as a Systems Development Engineer. He retired after 25 years of service. After retirement he lived in Ferguson, MO and Minneapolis, MN.
