SKILLMAN James R. Skillman, 65, passed away on February 15, 2012 at OSU Hospital. Owner of Neon Lights Sign Co. in the Short North. He was an avid golfer and sports fan. Preceded in death by parents James L. and Jane Skillman. Survived by sisters, Linda (Jim) Wells, Marcia Oberdier and Nancy (Bill) Wentzel; cousins, Carolyn, Barbara and Susan; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday 5-8 p.m. at the DEYO-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 1578 W First Ave., Grandview Hts. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Columbus Cancer Clinic, 1699 W. Mound St., Columbus, OH 43223.
