Cowdery Jane M. Cowdery, age 51, of Clintonville, passed away Monday, February 3, 2014 at Kobacker House. Jane was a 1980 graduate of Mansfield St. Peter's high school and a member of the 1980 Girl's Basketball state championship team. She attended the Ohio State University and was a member of the Women's basketball team. There she earned a Bachelor's degree in Audio Recording and a Master's degree in Environmental Communications. She worked as an engineer for WBNS-TV for 21 years. She is survived by her twin sister, Joan, Ann Arbor, MI; and brothers, Charles, Chicago, IL and Stephen, Raleigh, NC; as well as many wonderful friends and Channel 10 colleagues. She was preceded in death by her parents Carol (Bunsey) and Ken Cowdery in addition to brothers William and James. Family and friends are welcome at a memorial celebration between 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Nicola Restaurant, 4740 Reed Rd., Upper Arlington, OH 43220.
