Michael Igo Obituary
Igo Michael Igo, age 55, an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2013 after a very brief but courageous battle with cancer. Mike was a 1975 graduate of Brookhaven High School and a dedicated employee of Classic Air Heating and Air Conditioning for over 30 years. Mike's greatest love was his family, especially his daughters, but he also enjoyed his Harley-Davidson, working in his yard, cheering on the Buckeyes and Browns, and the occasional round of golf. Mike is survived by wife of 27 years, Dee (Hone); daughters. Dani and Bri; parents, Ken and Carolyn; sister, Pam (Jeff) White; brother, Brad (Terri); father-in-law, Pat Hone; brother-in-law, Rocky (Jo) Hone; sister-in-law, Debbie (Jimmy) Redman; brother-in-law, Doug (Tawny) Hone; nieces and nephews, Mandy (Steve) Dickman, Matt (Amanda) White, Matt (Kris) Eader, Derek Hone, Natalie (John) Ridgway and Nikki Eader, special friends Russ and Rita Daniel; as well as many other extended family members and friends. Friends may visit from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High Street. A private celebration of Mike's life will be held at a future date for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pelotonia at 351 W. Nationwide Blvd., Columbus, Ohio 43215, Rider Danielle Igo, Rider ID DI0007 or the Kobacker House 800 McConnell Dr., Columbus, Ohio 43214. We will never forget you, Mike Igo. You will be in our hearts forever.
