Ward Ranville E. Ward, age 83 of Reynoldsburg, passed away Friday, January 10, 2014. Ranville was born and raised in Martha, Kentucky, son of the late Millard and Edna Ward. Also preceded in death by his beloved wife Anna Ward, son Kevin Ward, daughter Brenda Gail, brothers Walter and Hershel Ward and sister Verla Comston. Ranville proudly served his country and retired from the U.S. Navy. Following, he began a second career and retired from Kroger Bakery. He will be greatly missed by his loving daughter, Betty (Doug) Williams; granddaughters, Brittney and Courtney Williams; great- granddaughter, Lyla; brother, Charles (Dorothy Cason) Ward; sisters-in-law, Georgia Ward and Phyllis Bird; brother-in-law, George Comston; and many other extended family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., where family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Monday. Pastor Leon Stevens officiating. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
