Ruth Ann Angell-Joyce Obituary
Angell-Joyce, Ruth Ann
Ruth Ann Angell-Joyce transitioned to heaven on Sunday, April 8, 2018, after a long battle with cancer. She was born on December 16, 1946 to Helen and Earl Angell of Jersey OH. Including her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Michael Joyce and ex-husband Patrick Mullins. Ruth is survived by her sisters, Carol Click and Brenda Angel (Dexter Samuthram); brother, Bob (Elaine) Angell; children, Michael (Carin Baker) Mullins, Carrie (Matt) Lowis; step-children, Kelsi (Josh) Timm, Kourtney (Adam) Hoffarber and Lucas James Joyce; grandchildren, Morgan (Zack Muldrow) Mullins, Mallory Mullins, John and Camryn Lowis, Logan, Shane and Blake Timm, Holden and Fritz Hoffarber; and great-grandson, Zayn Muldrow. Ruth spent 30 years with PaineWebber and at Allstate Financial, serving her clients' financial needs. She was a member of Jersey Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir and served as Praise Leader. She had a passion for singing in church and for singing karaoke with musical friends at DeArini's on Henderson Road (formerly Cementos). Life is about love – God's love for His children and our love and service to one another. Always look not for what IS, but for what WILL BE. My prayer is that my family and friends will come to a knowledge of Jesus Christ's wonderful gift of salvation. Special thanks go to the Hays grow group for their kindness and prayers. Celebration of Life service will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2018 at Jersey Baptist Church. Arrangements are handled by Schoedinger, Gahanna, where you may leave a remembrance for the family at www.schoedinger.com. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jersey Baptist Church, 13260 Morse Rd., SW, New Albany, OH 43054.
