BLANKENSHIP Scott "Trace" Alan Blankenship III, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. Trace was born on September 11, 2012. Although he was very small, his personality and spirit were strong which brought his family very close. He was our shining light and brought us tremendous joy the 19 days we shared with him. Trace will be forever missed. He was preceded in death by great-grandfathers Robert H. Means and Dwight C. Freas. He is survived by his parents, Scott Alan Blankenship II and Jenifer Renninger; grandparents, Shelley and Andy Cottrell, Scott A. Blankenship, Rhonda Renninger, Chris Uhl, Wayne and Tina Renninger and Brian W. Hanning; great- grandmothers, Anna Means and Martha Freas; aunts, Andrea Cottrell, Jessica Renninger, Connie (Terry) Emswiler, Rhonda Dauge; uncles, Brian Hanning, Michael Dillingham, Rodney (Michelle) Wolfe, Randy Blankenship, Dave (Katie) Blankenship; cousins, Austin and Brooklyn Wolfe, Terry (Clarissa) Emswiler, Randall and Tiffany Blankenship, Isabella Blankenship; and many other relatives. A memorial service and burial will take place at Reber Hill Cemetery in Ashville, Ohio on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Service will be officiated by Pastor Kenny Sipes. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Trace's memory may be made to Jersey Baptist Church, 13260 Morse Road, Pataskala, OH 43062. Funeral arrangements provided by COTNER FUNERAL HOME, 7369 E.
