Goodwin Thomas "Craig" Goodwin, 57, passed away August 3, 2013 at his home in Upper Arlington, Ohio. He was born January 18, 1956 in Columbus, OH. He is survived by his children, Thomas (6) and Renee (4); two brothers, Scott and Richard (Kim); and a sister, Katherine (Matt) Newby; seven nieces and nephews; his Phil Dirt and the Dozers family, as well as many loving and devoted friends and relatives. Craig was an extremely gifted and well know musician and artist who was loved by many. A private graveside service will be held for the family. A Celebration of Life event for Craig will be held Saturday, August 31 from 12Noon-4 p.m. at the Elks Lodge 797 in Wilmington for friends and family. Phil Dirt and The Dozers family, friends and musicians will be hosting a public Celebration / music event for Craig on Sunday, September 1 from 1-6 p.m. at The Woodlands Tavern, 1200 West 3rd Ave., Columbus. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tommy and Renee Goodwin trust fund. (Payable to Richard Goodwin, Trustee - mail to 1116 W. Fostermaineville Rd., Maineville, Oh 45039).
