Virginia (Gini) Lee Greene, nee Porter, went to Heaven September 30, 2017 peacefully from her home in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. She was born in Huntington WV on October 29, 1935. She supported many of the local Grace Brethren churches and had a wonderful love for Jesus. Gini was a very caring mother and grandmother and will be so sadly missed. She spent a number of years as executive secretary for Marion Power Shovel and also as a paralegal. In her retirement years she lived at and was an active volunteer for Wexner Heritage Village. She is proceeded in death by her parents Edwin Hundley and Susie Mae Porter: sisters Lois Barnhill and Betty Stoner: brothers Edwin Hundley Porter Jr and Charles Edwin Porter: niece Linda Warf and granddaughter Gini-Lyn Camporese. Gini is survived by her sister Nancy Tomblin: her girls Teri Chmielewski (Ben), Toni Shirk and Tami Williams (Steve Hatton): grandchildren Timothy Shirk (Allissa), Jason Rosebrough (Lisa), Alix Scott (Micah), Zachary Williams, Stephen (Buster) Williams, Nicholas Chmielewski and Sarah Chmielewski: five great grandchildren Ashleigh, Danielle, Brayden, Ethan and Cooper: nieces and nephews Donna Denny, Jerry Barnhill, Bobby Stoner, Susan Dillard, Sheri Johnson and Rachael Porter and many beloved great nieces and nephews. We will miss you Mom, but so glad that you are now where you always wanted to be! Graveside service will be held at 11:30 am, Saturday October 7 at Woodmere Memorial Park, 2701 Washington Boulevard, Huntington, WV.
