Zweydorff, William
July 29, 1932 - September 22, 2017
William H. Zweydorff, 85, passed away Friday, September 22, 2017. He was born July 29, 1932 to the late Thomas and Clara (Ringswald) Zweydorff in Louisville, KY. Bill was lured to Columbus by Peterson Baby Products. He also worked for RG Barry Co., Unisource and Copco Paper. Bill received many awards, honors and achievements throughout his life. He was a hardworking, dedicated man that always put his family first! His biggest achievement, in his children's eyes… was 60 years of "Father of the Year" award. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Cathedral and was a 4th degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus. Bill was an avid gardener and spent his last days planting and pruning. He will be greatly missed by many, many people. Whenever he was around his jokes and laughter would light up a room. Bill brought smiles, love and a whole lot of happiness with him wherever he went. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Belinda Smith and granddaughter, Margaret Stintsman and all his brothers and sisters. Bill is survived by the love of his life, Dora; children, Debra (Tom) Kaminski, Brenda (Greg) Hoffman, Diane (Rick) Fender, Mark (Michele) Zweydorff, Michael Zweydorff, Christopher (Kimberly) Zweydorff, Richard (Chris) Zweydorff and Lori (Bryan) Wallace; 23 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
