Nettelhorst Charles C. "Chuck" Nettelhorst, age 92, of Ft. Myers, FL and formerly of Sunbury, died January 30, 2014. He served in the US Navy, a Veteran of WWII. He founded Sunbury Plumbing and Heating, and was a member of the BSTG Fire Dept for 30 years, serving as Fire Chief from 1964-1979. He was a member of the Condit Prebyterian Church. Chuck developed "The Woods" campground in 1972. Survived by his wife of 72 years, Ruby (Comstock) Nettelhorst; sons, Roger (Linda), Ralph (Roberta) and daughter Ruth (Frank) Pickell; nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Friends may call Friday, February 21 at DeVORE-SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, SR3 & 61, from 4-8 p.m., where service will be held on Saturday, February 22 at 11 a.m. Interment with Military Honors by the Delaware Veterans Assoc. will follow at Trenton Cemetery.
