Lowe Robert Wayne Lowe, 63, of Delaware, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at home. He was born in Olive Hill, KY to the late Mary Virginia Lowe Ferrell. Wayne served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He loved to fish, boat, hunt and golf and he loved his pets. He is survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Patricia "Patti" Trippett Lowe; his sisters, Susan Lowe and Phyllis (Pat) Barey; his nephews, Edward Partlow, Jr., Jason Partlow and Jason Partlow, II; and his many friends. Family will receive friends from 12Noon-1 p.m. MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2014 at the RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME AT POWELL, 450 West Olentangy St., Powell, OH 43065, (614)-792-1471, where Funeral Service will be held following the visitation at 1 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Joel Baer, officiating. (The funeral home is located on W. Olentangy St./Powell Rd./SR 750 1/4 mile east of Sawmill Parkway.) Burial will follow the service at Glen Rest Memorial Estates, Reynoldsburg, OH.
