Payne Pamela N. (Vance) Payne, LPN, age 61, beloved daughter, twin, wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 12, 2014, at her home after a long illness. Pam had a love and devotion to the Blessed Mother and the Rosary. She was born on September 27, 1952, in Columbus, Ohio to George J. and Elizabeth Vance. Predeceased by daughter Sherry Jean Payne, father George J. Vance, mother Elizabeth Vance, second mother Norma J. Vance, brother Michael Vance and sister Angelica Amodio. Survived by husband of 41 years, David A. Payne; son, David A. (Heidi) Payne Jr.; grandchildren, Joseph, Cassidy, Nathan; twin sister, Elizabeth (Daniel) Moon; sisters, Rebecca Vance, Emmy (Fritz) Egelhoff, Constance Vance; brothers, Jonathan Vance and Timothy (Kathy) Vance; sister-in-law, Sherry (Gavin) Candish; brother-in-law, George (Beverly) Payne; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great nephews, friends and her two Boxers, Siena and Nikki. A very loving thank you to the caregivers at DaVita at Home West, Andrea, Nina, and Dawn as well as her tender and caring Nephrologist Dr. Henry Wehrum. Friends may call Sunday, March 16, 2014 from 1-4 p.m. at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E.
