Mount Robinetta McGovern Mount, formerly of Canal Winchester, passed away on March 12, 2014, in Columbus. She was born on April 13, 1929, to Gilbert and Edith McGovern in Sugarcreek, Ohio. A graduate of Ohio State University, Robinetta taught elementary school in Tuscarawas County and Columbus Public Schools before becoming a homemaker and mother. She was married for 56 years to G. William Mount of Orrville and raised two children. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her daughter Ronetta Williamson. She is survived by her son, Geoffrey (Trinka) Mount; granddaughters, Katherine and Caroline; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the caregivers at Sunrise at the Scioto for their excellent care over the past few years.
