Loechler Charles Louis Loechler, age 85, Thursday, March 20, 2014 at home in Lockbourne. Born November 11, 1928. He is preceded in death by parents Charles and Margaret, sister Donna and his beloved daughter Yvonne. He is survived by his wife, Jessie Leona Mullins Loechler; sister, Alyce Loechler Salomon; four daughters, Cheryle (Jeff) Bell, Teresa (William) Blair, Melisa Reiss, and Christi (Craig) Lynd; nine grandchildren; seven great-grand-children; four nieces and two nephews. He served proudly in the U.S. Marines during WWII and Korean War, and was a lifetime member of the NRA. He belonged to the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 189 for over 65 years. He was a member of the Lonesome Polecat Archery Club, Fairfield County Bowhunters and Apache Bowhunters. He was also an amateur radio operator. Family will receive friends Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MAEDER-QUINT-TIBERI Funeral Home, 1068 S. High St. Prayer service 7:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary Church, 5684 Groveport Rd., Groveport. Burial St. Joseph Cemetery.
