Jacqueline Rose Kelley Obituary
Kelley Jacqueline Rose Kelley, 83, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014. She was born in Richmond, Indiana on September 2, 1930 to the late Oscar and Thelma Brown. She retired from the Bellevue Gazette where she was a typesetter for over 20 years. Jackie was a longtime member of Darby Creek Community Church. She was a huge fan of Engelbert Humperdinck and loved going to see him in concert. She also enjoyed collecting angels. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughters Mary Suzanne Kelley and Susan Roberta Kelley, and brother Robert Brown. Jackie is survived by her daughters, Colleen Kelley and Patricia (Jeff) Bottger Gray; granddaughter, Vickie (Thomas) Avery; great-grandson, Collin Avery; special friend, Maggie Meehan and many other dear friends. A graveside service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, 8029 E. Main St., Reynoldsburg. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jackie's memory may be made to Darby Creek Community Church, 1145 Amity Rd., Galloway, OH 43229 or Luther Home of Mercy, 5810 N. Main St., Williston, OH 43468.
