Margery Pitts Obituary
Pitts Margery Pitts, age 88, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband Noah Pitts, her parents Edward and Cora Sorg, her brother Clarence Sorg, and sister Evelyn Kuhn. She is survived by her daughters, Patty Elsea (Steve) and Kathy Watt (Craig); grandchildren, Stephanie Troiano (Tony), Brian Elsea (fiancé, Kelli Russell), Chris Watt (fiancé, Kellye Stall), and Lindsey Watt; great grandchildren, Gavin and Natalie Troiano; and many nieces and nephews. Margery's greatest accomplishment in life was raising a closely knit family and her commitment to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter. She enjoyed sewing, shopping, and playing bridge with friends. She was a charter member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085. Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, June 12, 2014, 10 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church 6899 Smokey Row Road, Columbus, Ohio 43235. Father Mark F. Summers, Celebrant. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the , Central/Northeastern Ohio Office, 3740 Ridge Mill Drive, Hilliard, OH 43026 in her loving memory.
