Towers Zelma Towers, age 93, departed this life Sunday, June 8, 2014. Retired from Riverside Hospital and a longtime member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church and its Hunger Outreach Ministry. Predeceased by parents William and Annie Cabiness, 11 siblings, and nieces Shirley Durante and Regenia Melton. Survived by her adopted daughter, Paula Booker; nieces, Debra Durante, Sandra Still, Gloria Bell, and Anita (Curtis) Hairston; nephews, Michael and Mark Durante, William (Roz) Brown, Harold and Michael (Shirlene) Cabiness; along with a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Celebration of Life 10 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 428 E. Main St., where her family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the start of service. Pastor Charles E.
