Graham John Tomblin Obituary
Tomblin Graham John Tomblin, age 65 of Marble Cliff, passed away Friday, June 20, 2014. Graham was born in Southend-on-Sea and raised in Basingstoke, England, son of Susan Elizabeth Tomblin and the late John T. Tomblin, OBE. He completed an apprenticeship at the Atomic Weapons Establishment and moved on to City University, London, where he received his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Graham worked as a Mechanical Engineer with Omegadyne Engineering and Sensotech in Columbus in addition to other companies in Silicon Valley and New Jersey. He was a well loved, caring, hardworking man of great integrity. He loved cooking traditional British foods like liver and kidney pie and ox tail soup. He loved DIY, gardening, flying lessons, futbol (soccer), Formula 1, rugby, his maroon Suburban, and a tall glass of cold Guinness. Above all he adored his family. He will be dearly missed by wife, Nina Roslovic; children, Kristen (Patrick) Duffy, Jordanna (Kelvin Randall) Tomblin, and Karl (Madison) Tomblin; brothers, Jonathan (Vanessa) Tomblin and Kevin (Trudy) Tomblin; former wife, Jane Tomblin; and other family members, friends, and colleagues. Memorial service will be held at 3 P.M. Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at First Community Church, 1320 Cambridge Blvd. Arrangements by SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL.
