Barry A. Williamson Obituary
Barry A. Williamson, beloved son, father, brother, uncle, and dear friend to many, passed into Eternal Life, Friday, June 27, 2014, age 52, born March 15, 1962. He is survived by Mother, Linda (Stan) Hale of Gahanna; Father, Jerry (Myra) Williamson of Pataskala. Barry will be sorely missed by his parents; son, Zachary; daughter, Nicole; sister, Teri (John) Leahy; brother, Eric Williamson; sister, Shannon (Mike) Zelko; nephew, Dillon; his stepbrothers, Trent Hale, Brett (Karen) Hale, and Ryan (Abby) Garber; aunts, uncles, cousins, his special friends, Debbie Williamson, Julie Meredith, and Becky Waugh; and neighbors. Barry was a graduate of Eastmoor High School where he excelled in football. He attended Morehead State University on a football scholarship and earned a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Technology. He was honored All American of the National Strength Team. He worked in the manufacturing arena as the plant manager for a number of years, later forming his own company BW Properties and Improvements. Barry was a very talented, caring man, being able to fix almost anything or at least giving his best effort. He was always willing to help a family member, friend or neighbor. He liked to work on cars and came to the aid of many. The original Williamson "Beast #7". He left us all too soon. A Funeral Service will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL 1051 E. Johnstown Rd. (at Beecher Rd.) Gahanna, where friends may call from 3-5 p.m. prior to the service. Dr. Jay Firebaugh officiating. Contributions in Barry's memory may be made to New Life Church, 3690 N.
